homemade cookie cake!! I know I already pinned this, but since then I have made it twice and it was a huge hit (Twice in one day because it went that fast). A few people actually thought I bought the cookie cake, and didn't believe me until the saw my trash lol. This is an absolute must for future parties and birthdays at my house now. (btw I used pecan chips-see recipe)
2½ c. milk ⅔ c. light brown sugar, packed couple pinches salt 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract ¼ c. + 1 tsp. mini chocolate chips Instructions Place milk in a microwave-safe bowl and heat for ~1 minute, or until warm to the touch. Stir in brown sugar and salt until dissolved. Stir in vanilla. Place ½ tablespoon of chocolate chips in the bottom of your popsicle molds. Fill to the top with milk mixture. Insert sticks and freeze until solid.
Done in 2 minutes. The homemade taste cannot be compared to store bought! Add 2 TBLS molasses to 1cup sugar. Mix well, store in airtight container. (I like mine really dark so I add 3-4 TBLS of molasses. If you add too much, just add more sugar to lighten it up. This stuff is incredibly flavorful & adds nice depth to recipes that call for brown sugar.)
