Maybe next year's goal :-) This year we are sticking with 5K training... Half-Marathon Training Plan - "this plan looks pretty good but on week 10 I would run 12 miles. That will be your longest run until your half."
... No, I will show MYSELF I can do it. Never been one for competition or listening to others. My own internal voice is strong enough. Now I will put it's strength to good use! Kat xx
