five almonds, one red apple, one banana, 3/4 cup of nonfat greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of nonfat milk (I'd use unsweetened vanilla almond milk), and 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon! Happy Fall! This sounds amazing!!!
