Slow Cooker Chicken Philly Sandwiches - Great recipe, nice and simple to make and a definite set and forget recipe. I pulled the chicken when I got home from work and we put them on some bakery rolls and just set them under the broiler with a slice of provolone to melt over top. Great recipe and I makes great leftovers!
