1 tsp Baking soda
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla extract
2 cups Whole-wheat flour, white

Oils & Vinegars

1/3 cup Canola oil


1 cup Greek yogurt, plain nonfat

    Low Sugar High Protein Lemon Raspberry Muffins Savanna: Baked these for breakfast muffins...I used brown sugar instead of white and used have apf and wwf because I only had one cup left of wwf. I also squeezed in the lemon juice at the last minute and glad that i did...just added a bit more zing I think. And I used chia seeds and water as an egg substitute!
