Slow cooker cilantro lime chicken: One 24-ounce jar medium or mild salsa, Juice from one lime, 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped, One 1.25-oz. package taco seasoning, 2 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped. Add 4-6 boneless chicken breast halves (completely defrosted) to the slow cooker and coat with the salsa mixture. Cover and cook on Low for 6 hours. Serve with a dollop of sour cream.

To make this #whole30 I would sub ghee for butter and use my homemade taco seasoning mix. (Of course, you also have to watch the salsa labels - most have added sugar, but some don't.)

Sesame Orange Chicken by The Recipe Critic. With how hectic the summer time can get, I use my slow cooker just as much as I do in the winter. This delicious meal for example took 5 minutes to throw into the crockpot! Thats it! I was able to run some errands, take my boys swimming, and then we came home to an amazing meal! The sauce was thick and glazed the chicken perfectly with a hint of orange in it. The chicken was so tender it just fell apart and it was perfect served over some rice!
