This is the best and most awesome breakfast cookie ever! no flour, no sugar, and no dairy added!  Ingredients-  1.5 cups of oats  2-3 super rippened bananas  1 cup of unsweetened applesauce  handful of craisins to taste  cinnamon    Pretty much just throw everything together, mix it up pretty well, throw it on a baking sheet at 350 for about 35 minutes and then go to town! It's great and super healthy for you!

Overnight Crockpot Apple Pie Oatmeal 1 1/2 cup steel cut oats (yes, it has to be steel cut, rolled oats will get to mushy) 2 cups apple juice 2 cups milk 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce 1/4 cup brown sugar 3 apples, diced 1 Tbsp cinnamon pinch of salt  Mix all ingredients in the crockpot the night before and cook on low for 8-9 hours.
