Strawberry Banana Breakfast Bake: tried it, not so great. it had a really mushy consistency - like hot soggy cereal as opposed to oatmeal. Maybe with some tweaking it could be good but i wasnt a fan of the recipe as is.
This is the basic recipe. I used my blender instead of a food processer and added coconut milk, cinnamon and coco powder and topped it with roasted pecans. OMG! I almost licked the bowl. I also skipped the almond butter.
