DIY bisquick mix 8 cups of all-purpose flour 1/3 cup baking powder 2 teaspoons salt 2 tablespoons sugar 1 cup all vegetable shortening To make: Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl or bowl of food processor. Pulse to combine dry ingredients, then add shortening and pulse until mixture resembles coarse meal. Store in pantry or refrigerator. Can also be frozen.
