      Called "Funeral Sandwiches" they are a North Carolina specialty, you won't believe how good these are! Nothing mournful about these babies! Ham & cheese is placed between sweet Hawaiian rolls then a scrumptious marinade is poured over all before baking to a golden brown. Delicious Superbowl appetizer slider sandwiches or Easter potluck dish. I've made the poppy seed version...will try this because of the brown sugar addition
