#3 Diaper cover. Prefolds need to be covered with a moisture-proof barrier.  You can use fleece, wool, vinyl, etc.  This soft PUL fabric is fool proof, though. It is soft, quiet, flexible, and needs no prepping. This was my first cover. :)  Bummis and Thirsties are great brands.  Size medium lasts forever! #clothdiapers #nopins.
