37 CALORIE BROWNIES! 3/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt 1/4 cup skim milk 1/2 cup Cocoa powder 1/2 cup Old fashioned rolled oats 1/2 cup Truvia (stevia) 1 egg 1/3 cup applesauce 1 tsp baking powder 1 pinch salt Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a square baking dish (8"x8"). Combine all ingredients into a food processor or a blender, and blend until smooth (abt 1 min). Pour into the prepared dish and bake for about 15 min Allow to cool completely before cutting into 9 squares

Strawberry Frozen Yogurt: About 1 quart (1l) 1 pound (450g) strawberries, rinsed and hulled 2/3 cup (130g) sugar optional: 2 teaspoons vodka or kirsch 1 cup (240g) plain whole milk yogurt 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Strawberry Chocolate Chip Frozen Yogurt

Strawberry Chocolate Chip Frozen Yogurt: plain and vanilla Greek yogurt, honey, strawberries, lemon juice and chopped dark chocolate | The Live-In Kitchen

1 cup oatmeal 1/2 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter) 1/3 cup honey 1 cup coconut flakes 1/2 cup ground flaxseed 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips 1 tsp vanilla Mix everything above in a medium bowl until thoroughly incorporated.  Let chill in the refrigerator for half an hour.  Once chilled, roll into balls and enjoy!  Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.

Blueberry Vanilla Yogurt Ice Pop Popsicles - makes approximately 10 popsicles, 3 ½ cups of low fat vanilla yogurt, 2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen defrosted, 1 tablespoon honey - In a small bowl, stir honey and blueberries together. Set aside. In a blender, combine blueberries and 2 cups yogurt, blend until a smooth consistency is achieved. Fill popsicle molds with 1½ cups yogurt. Layer blueberry mixture on top. Freeze for 24 hours, until popsicles are frozen thoroughly.

Toss everything in a blender and blend. Add more or less milk depending on your texture preference. To jazz it up, add cinnamon. Or vanilla extract. But I don't think you need to.

Ranch is so fattening!! Until now. This whole jar of ranch is only 1.75 grams of fat and 255 calories! 1 cup dannon oikos plain greek yogurt, 1 packet hidden valley ranch mix, 1/2 cup 1% milk. Whisk together, chill 1 hour before use. Perfect consistency and tastes better than bottled!

Homemade Greek Yogurt Chocolate "Ice Cream"...1 cup almond milk, 3/4 cup non-fat greek yogurt, 2 Tbs cocoa powder, 2 tsp sweetener, 1 tsp vanilla extract, a pinch of salt.

Yumm!!!!! drink this daily and watch the pounds come off without fuss. The recipe is two handfuls of baby spinach, 1 cup of chunk pineapple, 2 bananas, 1 cup of yogurt and 1 cup of filtered water. Blend well and enjoy!
