Watermelon Lime Sorbet 1 c h20 1 c sugar 8 c cubed fresh watermelon 1/3 c lime juice Place h20 + sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil. cook until sugar is completely dissolved to a syrup. Remove from heat and cool. In food processor mix together watermelon, syrup + lime juice. Blend til smooth. + to an ice cream machine and freeze according to manufacturer’s directions. Serve immediately as soft serve sorbet.
