Freeze soups, sauces, stews, etc. flat in Ziplock medium size freezer bags. Okay, I actually do this! Saves so much space and flat items are so much easier to thaw than boxy, bulky items.

Crockpot Freezer Meals. Such a good idea! And I love how there is a grocery list for EVERYTHING.. I do this with many of my veggies. pick of great deals at your local farmers market. I ask for the veggies they cannot sell, cut the bad spots out, of tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, celery. etc. I cut some Julienne style for stir frys and others chopped or diced for meat loaves, soups etc........
