First time for this soldier to see his 3 week old daughter. He’s looking at her like she’s made of gold. Too precious

48 Soldiers Meeting Their Children For The First Time ♥ These pictures are so bittersweet... Thank you to all servicemen of our country for sacrificing time with their families & being there to see their children come into the world.

This soldier is about to be deployed and is saying goodbye to his newborn daughter. It's a powerful example of the sacrifices our nation's bravest make every day.

I smile every time I see this photo. She has no idea how happy she’s about to be

"First time seeing his baby girl." -

    Too precious ♥

In tears! Here is a soldier in Iraq , stationed in a big sand box. He asked his wife to send him dirt ( U.S. soil), fertilizer, and some grass seed so that he can have the sweet aroma, and feel the grass grow beneath his feet. When the men of the squadron have a mission that they are going on, they take turns walking through the grass and the American soil — to bring them good luck. Of all the things he could have asked his wife to send to him from home………..he asked for American soil.

Adorable! Love this pink crown for a baby picture. The Swarovski crystals are so sparkly.

He is a Chief Master Sergeant John Gebhardt in the USAF serving in Afghanistan As high as you can go in enlisted ranks (E-9) John Gebhardt's wife, Mindy, said that this little girl's entire family was executed. The insurgents intended to execute the little girl also, and shot her in the head... But they failed to kill her. She was cared for in John 's hospital and is healing up, but continues to cry and moan. The nurses said John is the only one who seems to calm her down, so John has spent the last four nights holding her while they both slept in that chair. The girl is coming along with her healing. He is a real Star of the war, and represents what the members of our services are trying to do. VERY POWERFUL!
