Food for Abs!!!  Keep hearing Abs are made in the kitchen.. not in the gym! Best part is these are all my favorite foods and always incorporated in my diet! AWESOME!

Here's dinner that my wife made tonight: Tofu Shirataki Fettichini noodles stir fried with broccoli and scallops. One of the best homemade Asian dishes so far cooked right here at home and certainly restaurant quality. "I say that this is Ab food all day right here all in one dish!" In the near future I'll be sharing and cooking some of my very own recipes in the kitchen…
