Just finished eating these and I only have one thing to say... YUUUMMM!!! I spun some of the chicken in BBQ Sauce and some in Frank's Hot Wing Sauce- both versions were mmm mmm good! Ellis was a huge fan, too, even with the cilantro-onion and avocado in it, which makes it pretty impressive. I left out the green onion and I didn't use cornstarch, so I don't know if it could be even better, but I was happy regardless I highly encourage you to cook some of these up for yourself. Oh- side note…
Just mash potatoes plain with butter or you can add yummy ingredients like cooked bacon, cheese, parsley, green onion etc. Stuff in to a greased muffin tin, run a fork along the top and brush with melted butter or olive oil. Bake at 375 degrees or until tops are crispy and golden.
I've tried this, not only with sausage but fish as well. You can use anything really and season before hand. Makes a hot, tasty meal. (Use heavy duty foil.) foil pouches for camping | ... and sausage in an aluminum foil pouch and grill for a quick dinner
Recipe for Slow Cooker BBQ Short Ribs - These babies are so good there won't be leftovers! A little bit sweet with just the right amount of mustardy zest. If you're feeding a big crowd, double or triple the recipe.
