Shrimp Pad Thai Recipe - made this tonight and it was really good. Subbed canola oil with peanut oil (coconut oil would also be a good sub). Honey instead of brown sugar. Served with brown rice noodles for the boyfriend and served mine with zucchini noodles.

Easy. Melt a stick of butter in the pan. Slice one lemon and layer it on top of the butter. Put down fresh shrimp, then sprinkle one pack of dried italian seasoning. Put in the oven and bake at 350 for 15 min.
