    100% agree with the caption. I see way too many people misuse the term "anxiety attack". You can't breathe, you're hyperventilating, sometimes sobbing uncontrollably, tearing at your hair and your clothing. You can't sit still, but you can't stand up. You're lightheaded and your heartbeat is irregular. If I see one more girl just calmly sitting say, "I'm having an anxiety attack!", I might just scream.
