DIY Air fresheners! This project takes a total of five minutes to make, is highly economical, and each jar should last you about a month.

Homemade air fresheners: essential oil scent of choice, gelatin, salt, and water. I don't find these very attractive, but I love the idea. So I think I'll look for non-transparent jars and skip the food coloring.

1 Cup of Borax (Target and Walmart do carry this!)
"1 Cup Baking Soda (I used Washing Soda)
1/2 Cup Kosher Salt
1/2 Cup Citric Acid (You can purchase "Fresh Fruit" in the canning isle.)"
Then don't forget to add vinegar to the rinse aid section

Mix all ingredients in a container and voila! dshwasher detergent!

Easy spray to make home always smell clean and amazing.   Combine 1/4C Downy Unstoppables beads and 4T baking soda.  Pour 1C boiling water over mixture, let sit for 30 minutes or until beads dissolve.  Add mixture to spray bottle.  Spray as frequently as desired on furniture, curtains, etc.
