Day 7 - dinner: Went for a long drive w/family. Put on crockpot chicken w/carrot/celery/onion, fresh rosemary/thyme, chicken broth s & smk. Paprika,  dried thyme/oregano.  Came back to a house smelling like...yum! Forgot to take a picture. What was left of dinner and the larabar we all shared on the drive. Mc Ds LG coffees to go...

Day 3 - dinner buffalo meat balls in Rao's sauce. Coleslaw (Napa cabbage, carrot, grn onion, vinegar & tahini & cantalope.

Day 5- dinner Blackened Ahi mixed green, tomato,  mac nuts, radish sprouts, avocado, cabbage. Rice wine vinegar& coconut oil from searing fish to make vinaigrette.  Just a drizzle. Mmm...
