Korean Beef.. 11/10/12. Bulgogi is one of my favorite foods on the planet but my recipe takes 12 hours and therefor is not convenient for a week night dinner. This recipe was easy and absolutely delicious. I doubled it and it was all gone. I will make it again for sure. No adjustments or changes are needed. korean beef 1/4 - 1/2 cup brown sugar (I like it sweet so I usually do closer to 1/2 cup) 1/4 cup soy sauce (I use low-sodium) 1 Tablespoon sesame oil 3 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced (see note) 1/2 - 1 teaspoon crushed red peppers (to desired spiciness) salt and pepper 1 bunch green onions, diced (don't skip this!)
