Crock Pot Creamy Chicken and Rice:  So I actually made this (rory) and I substituted quinoa for the rice and used 98% fat free cream of chicken. it was good, hearty, and SUPER easy, BUT it kind of lacked flavor. but, with a tablespoon of sriracha or bbq sauce, it's pretty dang tasty, and easy. win win. just remember to turn off the crock pot when you're done. (oops)
