Piña Colada Smoothie 2 1/2 cups fresh pineapple chunks 1/2 cup light coconut milk 1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut 1 tablespoon honey 1 cup ice cubes Preparation Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
“Strawberry Milkshake” 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk 1 scoop strawberry protein powder (you could also use vanilla) 1 serving frozen strawberries 1/2 cup ice Blend and enjoy! You can have this for breakfast, lunch, dinner, a snack or post-workout! =)

POM Paleo Berry Smoothie: 1/2 cup frozen raspberries; 1/2 cup frozen blueberries; 1/4 cup frozen (or fresh) blackberries; 1/2 cup POM 100% Pomegranate Juice; 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or unsweetened coconut milk (milk of choice). Combine in a blender and mix until smooth. #paleo
