This hits to spot for a sweet treat for only 50 calories each. I used 1 cup of vanilla greek yogurt, 1 cup light whip creme, 1.5 cups of defrosted frozen strawberries. I broke graham crackers into squares and was able to make 21 sandwiches (more if we would not have taken sample bites). Would be good just in a bowl eaten with a spoon.
