Deep Dish Pizza - love this! I find that half a pizza is more than enough for me. I've had restaurant deep-dish pizza that was really greasy and heavy, but this is nothing like that. It's filling, but surprisingly light, plus you can make the dough a day in advance and refrigerate if you know you're going to be pressed for time on the day you actually want to eat it.
