Explore Cooked Corn, Perfect Level, and more!

If you want to cook corn for the masses, Bon Appetit suggests a dead simple, ingenious method: "cooler corn." Basically, fill a large, clean cooler with loads of corn on the cob and pour two kettles-full of boiling water over the corn, then close the top. 30 minutes later, your corn will be perfectly cooked."

Just read that microwave corn in the cob is excellent. Found a pin, now just have to remember to try it this summer!

How did I NOT know this? Never boil corn again! Want to know the easiest way to cook corn on the cob? Throw it in the oven at 350° for 25-30 minutes. That’s it. Leave the husk on, it will trap in the moisture, leaving you with juicy, tender corn. The husk and silk will peel away easily once it’s cooked. Cut off the large end and it slides right out with no silk.

EASY HOMEMADE FLOUR TORTILLAS 3 cups flour 1 tsp. salt 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1 cup warm water Combine all the flour, salt, vegetable oil, and water until it forms a dough. Roll the dough into a big ball and take about a 1 to 2 inch pieces off. Pat the dough flat with your hands or take a rolling pin and roll into circles. Put the dough on a flat pan on the stove and let the sides cook until there are little brown specks on both sides like you would see on other tortillas.
