Opinion Writing Craft-ivity. Pig or Wolf? Who's side of the story do you believe? This lesson and craft is great for opinion writing and a bulletin board.
This folktale unit was created for use with The True Story of the Three Little Pigs by Jon Scieszka and a more traditional retelling of The Three Little Pigs. In my classroom, I use James Marshall’s version of the original folktale. It contains twelve comprehension strips with recording sheets, a compare and contrast writing activity with a graphic organizer, a summary writing activity for The Three Little Pigs, and creative writing prompts.
