Good tip when making your hard boiled eggs. Add baking soda to the water when hard boiling eggs and the shell will come right off. By adding tsp of baking soda to the water it will make the egg shell easier to peel.
Keep Green Onions Longer cut them up and put them in an old parmesan cheese container (you can use any container, this works great though because you can shake them out) and freeze them! I shake them out as needed and they are absolutely fine!
