Some candy sticks, easily found at your local dollar store, same place you will find the individual candies,and crayons bought at the $ store,some scotch tape you can make these for under $2.50 each!!! Fabulous for loots bags or prizes @kids parties. How full is up to you but I'll bet it doesn't cost near $30.00!!!! Have fun creating!!
