Skinny Chicken Florentine is one of my favorite pasta dishes to make for my family - they love it! Only 300 cals per serving and it's super filling! Load up with extra veggies if the serving size doesn't fill you up!
Sour cream enchiladas are my go to entree to order at a mexican restaurant. I think it would be fun to try to make these at home. It's Pioneer Woman's recipe (as are most of the recipes on this board), so it's got to be good. :) julie_c_rudd
