Biang-Biang noodles, from Shaanxi Province, China. Very broad flat pasra eaten with Bok Choy, Duck Egg, and Black Bean Paste. No one really knows how this noodle dish got its unusual name. But the Chinese character for 'Biang' is the most complex in Chinese writing. Consisting of 57 strokes, this compound character is so complex that it can't be input via a Chinese computer keyboard.
