      baked pumpkin spice donut holes Result: I actually tried this and another recipe for pumpkin doughnuts to see which was better- this was the winner! I used my little sister's cake pop maker and coated them with powdered sugar and cinnamon. I will say they were definitely better fresh, but that's ok, it's not like they're going to last long anyway.

    Mini Pumpkin Pie Croissants 2 tubes cresent rolls (open and split lengthwise to make more cresents) Beat until fluffy: 4 oz cr. cheese, 1 can pumpkin (not pie filling), 2 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice, 3-4 Tbsp. sugar.
