Raw Chocolate Dessert:  Mix well below ingredients with a blender:  12 dates (soaked in hot water),1/3 cup coconut cream, 5 tbs virgin coconut oil.  Then add these in the the mix:  5 tbs of raw cacao powder,1/4 tsp real vanilla powder, 1/4 tsp clove powder, sea salt, 2 tbs almond butter, 2 tbs cacao nibs, 3 tbs raw cashews, sligthly crushed.  Set the chocolate ‘dough’ on separate small baking molds and sprinkle some cacao nibs and goji berries on top. Set them in the freezer for one hour.

Gingerbread 'piparkakku' Deliciousness: 1,5 cups pure water, 1,5 cups cashews, 2 bananas (sliced and freezed), 15 dates, 2-3 tbs honey, 1 tbs cinnamon, 1 tbs of cardamon, small piece of fresh ginger, 2 tbs psyllium flakes/ rice bran, 2 tbs tocotrienols powder.  Blend everything smooth in a blender and pour into small muffin cups or your preferred serving dishes and set into the fridge to stay cool if you want to serve them later. Garnish top with cinnamon and cacao nibs before serving!
