peanut butter/protein balls 1 C Peanut butter 1 C instant oatmeal 1 C protein powder (I actually use 3/4 C p.p. + 1/4 C ground flax seed) 1/4 C honey handful of mini chocolate chips mix and roll into balls
I made this for our church group tonight and they turned out good! People were asking for the recipe! One thing though... The amount of Cinnamon filling wasn't enough for me... I doubled the recipe for that part and that seemed to cover the dough better!
