Cream Cheese Sausage Balls - Football Friday
You can tinker with this one a bit but definitely the best sausage balls.
Camping Breakfast! 2 T melted butter; 1 roll refrigerated biscuit dough, 8 ct.; 1 c. shredded mozzarella; 1 cup cooked, crumbled bacon; 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese. Preheat oven to 350 degrees brush a 9-inch cast iron skillet with melted butter. Unroll biscuits from can place into bottom of skillet. Top with slices of mozzarella cheese, bacon crumbles then shredded cheddar. Bake for 15-20 min, until cheese is melted and biscuits are cooked through. Serve warm.
