☆☆☆☆Broccoli Chicken Mac and Cheese - Lightened-up using Laughing Cow cheese. Tastes just like the really thing. Really creamy, probably could of used a tiny bit more milk. I used the Mozzerella Sun Dried Tomato wedges and could barely taste the tomato but it was still good!
Chicken & broccoli mac and cheese (made with laughing cow). 8 ounces pasta shells; 3 cups broccoli florets; 3/4 cup milk; 1/4 cup julienned sun dried tomatoes; 6 ounces Laughing Cow Light Cheese Wedges; 2 cups shredded chicken breast; Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
