Chicken and Dumplings in crockpot. I make my dumplings with refrigerator biscuits as well but I roll them out in flour and drop them into the already finished stew at a low boil. I would still use bone-in chicken and homemade broth (I also like chopped carrots and frozen peas, yum!) but this sounds so much less labor-intesive than using the big stock pot!! Eager to try this!
I make this all of the time and anyone that eats it is blown away. Comfort food at it's best! So easy! Combine 3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts 2-10.75 cans of cream of chicken soup 1/2 cup of butter (sliced) and 42 oz. of chicken broth in your crock pot. Cover cook on low for 8 hours. Add bag of egg noodles.cook for 1 more hour.
I do this one all the time. ♥ it. CROCKPOT MAC & CHEESE --- 8 ounces medium shell macaroni, 2 teaspoons olive oil, 1 cup evaporated milk, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper, 2 cups sharp Cheddar cheese or a Cheddar blend, 4 tablespoons butter, melted.
The Best Deviled Eggs – These really are the Best Deviled Eggs. This quick & easy recipe features KRAFT Mayo and GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard for an extra special delight. A dash of cayenne pepper makes them exceptionally devilish, too.
CROCKPOT CHICKEN & DUMPLINGS Use a can of broth instead of some of the water. Use cooked shredded chicken instead of raw if available. Use onion powder instead of onion. I like using 2 cans of biscuits for alot of dumplings. :)
