      Lowfat Cranberry Scones. Just made these; of the two cups of flour that are called for, I used 1 1/2 cups white flour and 1/2 cup whole wheat flour. I also added an additional 1/4 cup rolled oats. The wheat flour and oats boost the nutritional value and fiber content. These have a satisfying crunch on the outside, a tender crumb and are very tasty!
