Refrigerator Cucumber Salad -4 thinly sliced cucumbers -1sliced red onion -1sliced bell pepper -1T salt -2cvinegar -1 1/2c sugar or less -1tcelery flakes -1t red pepper flakes -Mix cucumbers, onions, peppers, salt; set aside. Bring rem to boil. Stir in 2handfuls ice til melted. Put in wide mouth jars. Pour mixture over cucumbers, store in refrigerator. Will keep up to 2months. Makes 2qts - amt will vary based on size of veggies.
