A Treat From the FitSugar Community: Blueberry Frozen Yogurt
Blueberry Frozen Yogurt 2 cups 0% Greek Yogurt Cup frozen blueberries thawed (if in season use fresh) 1/4 cup sugar or Honey Juice of 1/2 a lemon Directions: Blend the blueberries, honey/sugar and lemon juice in a blender/food processor, then in a bowl mix the puree and the yogurt together and pour into your ice cream maker. Enjoy after a hard workout or as a snack . . . Look forward to looser clothes.
Ranch Pasta Salad Recipe -- 2 Yellow (pasta), 1 Red (ham), 2 Green (broccoli, carrots, red and yellow peppers), 1 Blue (cheese, chopped into tiny cubes or grated and chopped). Try this for your "Ranch" dressing: spices -- garlic powder, onion powder, dried (or fresh!) oregano, dill, chives, parsley, paprika and salt and pepper. base -- Greek yogurt with lemon juice.
