Here's a tip for when you make chicken soup or anything you need chicken stock for... Anytime you buy chicken , buy it on the bone and de- bone yourself. Save all bones in a freezer bag. When you are ready to make a broth, roast the bones with a spray of olive oil and S at 400 degrees for about 45 minutes... Then simmer them in chic broth for another 45 minutes. It will give you much more rich flavor...it takes some time, but so worth it!
