The first thing I thought when I saw this was: "That looks like the thing from Madeline!" (The little French girl cartoon xD) The Grande Trianon in Versailles.
Palace at Versailles staircase ... exquisitely beautiful. (I vaguely remember almost falling down these stairs. Terrible time to catch the flu. :/ )
