Slow cooker: Italian chicken. 4 chicken breasts, 1 bottle Italian dressing, 1 package Italian seasoning, 1/2c Parmesan, 4-6 potatoes halved, 1/2 bag baby carrots. Pam slow cooker, layer dressing, chicken, cheese, seasoning. Add carrots, cheese, seasoning, potatoes. Pour remaining dressing on top. Cook low 6-8 hours.

Ingredients: -Makes 6 servings -2 cans of crescent rolls - 1 can of Cream of Chicken Soup - 2 boneless chicken breast or thighs  DIRECTIONS oBoil the chicken then shred  oRoll out each individual crescent  oPlace a tbsp of shredded chicken in the center and roll  oBake for about 5 mins until they are starting to turn golden brown.  oPour Cream of Chicken over the top and bake for an additional 10 mins.  oTop with cheddar cheese and bake for 10 more mins or melted to your liking.  oEnjoy!!

Chicken Fried Chicken- This was great once I was able to do it correctly lol. I had the oil on medium high as it says but it was too hot & I ended up with my first piece burnt & oil all over the stove...so just watch the oil temp, otherwise fairly easy though a little time consuming, and it was quite yummy!
