CRACK POTATOES 2 (16oz) tubs of Sour Cream 2 cups Shredded Cheddar cheese 2 (3oz) Bags Bacon Bits 2 pkgs Ranch Dip mix 1 large bag (28-30oz) Shredded potatoes Mix first 4 ingredients until well blended. Add potatoes, pour into large casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until top is lightly browned and potatoes are cooked thoroughly.
Sliced Baked Potatoes. Brush both sides with butter. Place on cookie sheet. Bake 375F 30- 40 minutes or until lightly browned on both sides, turning once. Top with bacon, cheese, green onion. Continue baking until the cheese has melted. Add a dollop of sour cream when done and serve!
