Crockpot Broccoli Cheese Soup 2 (10 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup 1 small onion 1 carrot 1 lb. Velveeta, cubed 2 (12 oz.) bags frozen chopped broccoli 1 quart half and half 1 teaspoon hot sauce shredded cheddar cheese and croutons for topping (optional) Pulse onion and carrot in food processor. Add all ingredients to crock pot and mix. Cook on high for four (4) hours. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and croutons. Enjoy!
Bag of frozen chicken in the crock pot. Put the cream cheese, corn, salsa and black beans on top and let it go for 6-8 hours on low. shred when done. serve with chips or as tacos. (This is super awesome, I make it a lot).
Creamy Tomato Tortellini Soup - 9/29/13 -This is a very tasty soup, a quick meal - I served with crusty garlic bread and a salad. The only modifications I made were that I used heavy cream instead of half and half but only used 1 cup instead of the called for 2 cups. I also added 1Tbsp of flour to a little of the chicken broth to thicken the soup a bit. Will definitely make again. Yum!
OH MY!!! must try! 3/4 bag ziti noodles,1 lb of ground beef, 1 pkg taco seasoning, 1cup water, 1/2 pkg cream cheese, 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese -- boil pasta until just cooked, brown ground beef & drain, mix taco seasoning & 1 cup water w/ ground beef for 5 min, add cream cheese to beef mixture, stir until melted & remove from heat, put pasta in casserole dish, mix in 1 cup cheese, top pasta/cheese with beef mixture & gently mix, top w/ remaining cheese, bake at 350* uncovered for 30 min
