Quinoa Pizza Crust: Just soak 1 cup uncooked quinoa in plenty of water for 8 hours. Drain. Put quinoa in blender with some salt and blend with a little water till it's smooth and has a pancake batter consistency. Bake at 450 degrees for 8 minutes, flip and bake 6 minutes more. Top with your favorite pizza stuff and bake till everything's hot and melty.
1 c cooked quinoa 1 1/4 tsp baking powder pinch sea salt put in food processor until smooth and add water if needed spread on parchment paper sprayed with coconut oil bake at 425 F for 20 min put on toppings and bake 5-10 min
