Thanksgiving Pumpkin Cheesecake Pie! This recipe is amazing. The 3rd time I made it I screwed up and for got the eggs. So I just added the eggs and mixed it all together. It actually made the cheese cake better!!!!!! Best recipe ever!!!!!
1 box yellow cake mix •1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree •1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk •3 large eggs •1 1/2 cups sugar •1 tsp. cinnamon •1/2 tsp. salt •1 1/2 cups chopped pecans (the original recipe called for 1/2 cup) •1 cup butter, melted Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease bottom of 9 x 13″ pan. Mix pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Pour mixture into greased pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over pumpkin mixture and top with pecans. Drizzle melted butter over pecans. Bake 50-55 minutes.
magic crust custard pie 1/4 c margarine 4 eggs 3/4 c white sugar 1 pinch salt 2 c milk, 2% 2 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 c all purpose flour 1. blend all ingredients. 2. poor into 9"buttered pie pan. 3. sprinkle with nutmeg. 4. bake 350 for 45min flour settles and makes a crust.
