    This is a great chicken dish. The dijon mustard and maple syrup really balance each other. I used leg quarters and wings instead of chicken thighs and it tasted great. Don't skip on the rosemary, it was adds great flavor to the chicken. Definitely adding to the dinner rotation. -s2

    dijon baked chicken: chicken thighs, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, and rice wine vinegar. 450 degrees for 40 min. *Russ and I weren't impressed with this recipe. First I used chicken thighs but we aren't a huge fan of that part of the chicken. So then I used chicken breasts but the flavor still isn't to our liking.

    Delicious Baked Chicken Recipe. All you need is: Chicken thighs, 1/2 cup Dijon mustard, 1/4 cup Maple syrup, 1 tablespoon Rice/rice wine vinegar and Fresh rosemary. (add Salt and pepper to taste)

Lemon herb chicken ring. I added half a cup of sour cream to the mixture because it was pretty dry. I highly recommend cooking the bell pepper before adding to the mixture. They dominated the chicken and cheese. Next time I will add one more vegetable to it as well, like spinach leaves. However, it is definitely a keeper and my husband loved it.

1 lb chicken breasts 1 packet Italian dressing mix 2 Tbsp butter 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup chicken stock egg noodles or rice Place chicken breasts, Italian dressing mix, butter, lemon juice & chicken broth in the crockpot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. When finished cooking, shred chicken with 2 forks. Serve chicken over egg noodles or rice and top with juices from crockpot.
