      Bruschetta III--so yummy! I omitted the provolone and used chopped tomatoes which I mixed with the herbs and spices along with olive oil. Layered it up and one more drizzle of olive oil. Awesome!

      Tomato and Two-Cheese Bruschetta - Can be made a bit ahead of time so that they can be served hot as a starter. But so yummy we will probably also have them as a meal with salad.

      I sliced up about 3 cups of plum tomatoes, mixed in 1/2 tsp of garlic salt and dried oregano and about 1/4 c of chopped fresh basil. Buttered crusty rustic bread and scooped on the tomato mixture. Topped with prosciutto and mozzarella. Baked at 350 for about 10-15 minutes, and then broiled to get the cheese golden.
